V15-002/003 Service Writer Booths for Lexus of Pembroke Pines

Lexus of Pembroke Pines located in Broward County Florida needed more space for their service writers because the inside of the main building was too busy. They decided to purchase two prefabricated service writer booths and place them in the drive lane for the dealership. This would allow for them to increase customer satisfaction while speeding up the process allowing them to maximize profitability. These booths were 10’ x 17’ with two sliding doors. Also included in the construction of the booths is Low E insulated impact resistant glass, wall-mounted HVAC unit, pre-wired electrical package, aluminum treadplate floor & plastic laminate counter. These two booths are State of Florida modular building approved to meet all Broward County hurricane requirements.
